Submissions of original fan art related to Duet Night Abyss are eligible to participate in the event. Works not related to Duet Night Abyss do not meet the requirements of this event.

The video content includes but is not limited to: in-game footage compilations, MMD animations, hand-drawn art, handcrafts, various types of animations, music, voice acting, or reactions, and more.

3.  Number of Submissions

There is no limit to the number of works you can submit.

4.  Work Requirements

1) At least 15 seconds long.

2) No limit to video size format. Portrait and landscape videos are both eligible.

5.  Submission Rule

Please post your work on one of the specified video platforms and furnished with the hashtags #DuetNightAbyss and #DNAUGC, and then submit the work to this event page.

WINNER SELECTION

1.  1st Prize, 2nd Prize, 3rd Prize, and Merit Prize winners shall be determined by the Duet Night Abyss Team based on the theme, completion, and creativity of the submitted works.

2.  Popularity Prizes are based on the Likes received by the works submitted on this page.

3.  The Duet Night Abyss Team shall evaluate and determine the winning works for the Best Meme and Best Guide prizes.

4.  Lucky Prize would drawn randomly by the Duet Night Abyss Team.

5.  "Like the Work" phase duration: 2025/1/24 12:00 PM–2025/3/13 12:00 PM (UTC+8). During "Like the Work" phase, any participant found to have engaged in any action that affects the process of Like the Work or negatively impacts any submissions might be disqualified by the organizers.

PRIZE DELIVERY

1.  Submissions are evaluated for excellence and popularity at the same time. Prizes are not stackable, each creator can only win 1 prize from 1 category and can only win 1 physical prize.

2.  Physical prize winners will be announced on 3/26 on social media platforms and this event page. Please pay attention to notifications for updates on prizes and winner announcements. We will contact the prize winners via the provided email address after the public announcement of the winner list. For physical prize winners, please provide your address information within 10 business days after receiving the email, or the prize will be considered forfeited.

3.  Physical prizes will be delivered within 3 months after the deadline for providing the address information. Date of delivery may be affected by local logistics and courier services and cannot be guaranteed.

4.  Winners may be required to provide identification information for prize distribution. In the event that physical prize delivery is no longer possible due to problems of inventory, logistics, or force majeure on the part of the organizer, the organizer reserves the right to replace the physical prize with other types of prizes of the same value.

5.  The winners should be responsible for their own tax obligations according to the personal income tax policies of their countries or regions. Please refer to the local laws and regulations and tax policies.

6.  The pictures of rewards in the event page are for reference only, please refer to the real thing.

7.  Invited creators are not involved in WINNER SELECTION part.

The Duet Night Abyss team reserves the final right for the winner selection and prize delivery.

1.  Please complete your submission according to the submission rules within the specified schedule.

2.  Works submitted to this UGC Event will be publicly displayed once the event begins. Each work can only be submitted once.

3.  To create a healthy event environment, please read and confirm that you will not instigate or take part in:

- The creation of content that discriminates against any race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, government, or region.

- Provision of false information or invalid information.

- Infringement of the entry on the trademark, copyright, patent, portrait right, or other legitimate rights and interests of a third party, or plagiarizes, copies, counterfeits, or misappropriates the works of others.

- Participation in the event through improper means by exploiting loopholes in rules and technologies.

- Dissemination of statements relating to this event that are false or damage the reputation of the event and the organizer, by oneself or an entrusted third party.

- Violation of any event rules issued by the organizer, jeopardizing of the normal operation of this event, spamming of votes for entries, committing or participating in any act that negatively affects the organizer or this event, or committing of any other harmful or unjust act.

- Any other content or behavior that violates laws and regulations, policies, the Terms of Service of Duet Night Abyss.

Participants who fail to comply with the above regulations may be subject to restrictions in this event, including but not limited to: rejection of submissions, disqualification of participation, being banned from posting on platforms affiliated to the organizer, and account ban, etc.

4.  AI-created artworks or videos are prohibited and will be disqualified and removed from the event page if submitted.

5.  During the event, you may give Likes to works you support. There is no limit to the number of works you can Like, but you can only Like each work once.

6.  By participating in this UGC event, you agree to authorize the Duet Night Abyss team to disseminate your submissions online on any platforms for marketing and promotion purposes. The said platforms include but are not limited to: in-game environments, the Duet Night Abyss official website, X, Facebook, Discord, and other social networking platforms. We will credit the author by name whenever we use a submitted work.
